Joel H. Goldberg, Ed.D.
Joel H. Goldberg is a founder of Career Consultants. He has over
30 years consulting experience in Human Resource Management. Joel
Goldberg provides consulting services in the areas of assessment,
employee
development, conflict resolution, family business, change management
and organizational development. Joel also provides sports consulting
to the New York Giants, the New Jersey Nets, New york Mets and the Ottawa Senators
in the areas of player assessment, player counseling and substance
abuse.
Joel Goldberg received a Bachelors from the University
of Rhode Island, with a major in Physical Education and a minor in
Psychology; a Masters from New York University, with a major in Psychology;
and a Doctorate from Rutgers University, with a major in Counseling
Psychology. Dr. Goldberg is licensed by the State of New Jersey as
a Marriage and Family Therapist.
Joel Goldberg currently serves on the Board of Directors of 7 major public and private companies.
Mark S. Weiner, Psy.D.
Mark S. Weiner is a consultant with over 15 years experience with clinical and organizational psychology clients. He consults with individuals, families and organizational groups (teams) on what aids and impedes their optimal functioning (performance), relationships (processes), equity (fairness) and satisfaction (morale). His services include individual and group consultation meetings, customized questionaires, assessment for selection and improvement interventions.
Dr. Weiner received a B.A. from Brandeis University and a Psy.M. and Psy.D. from Rutgers University-Graduate School of Applied and Professional Psychology. Clayton P. Alderfer's Rutgers-NTL-Yale model of consultation is especially influential to Dr. Weiner's work on leadership, conflict resolution, group and intergroup relations, family business and organizational change. Dr. Weiner has worked for the Rutgers Center for Applied Psychology and Organizational Psychology Program as a consultant and contributing faculty member.
Laurie B. Levine, Ph.D.
Laurie B. Levine is a consultant with with over 15 years of clinical
and business experience. Prior to joining CCI, Dr. Levine worked
with the Greater Impact Group providing human resources and organizational
development consulting to Fortune 500 companies. Dr. Levine received
her bachelors degree from Hofstra University in Psychology/History
as well as her Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy.
She
received her Ph.D. from Syracuse University- majoring in Marriage
and Family Therapy. Laurie has conducted numerous workshops and presentations
both locally and nationally. She is the author of many journal
articles.
